A plan costs $159–$195/year. A single emergency water heater replacement: $1,500–$3,000+. A burst pipe repair: $500–$2,000+. A rotted subfloor from an undetected leak: $2,000–$5,000+. One caught problem pays for years of the plan.
Every wellness check is performed by our own licensed, insured technicians. No subcontractors. No shortcuts.
Both Silver and Gold members are scheduled ahead of non-members, day or night, for any service call.

Wellness Check
A wellness check is not a quick visual glance. It’s a systematic inspection of your home’s plumbing system by a licensed technician (LLP #4138).
After the inspection, we walk you through our findings. If everything looks good, we tell you. If we found something that needs attention, we explain what it is, how urgent it is, and what your options are. Wellness check repairs that are minor (a loose connection, a dripping valve) are included with your plan at no extra charge.
What We Inspect
We test water pressure throughout the house to identify drops that indicate hidden leaks or pipe restriction.
Every accessible pipe joint and connection inspected for signs of moisture, corrosion, or wear.
We check each faucet, toilet, and fixture for flow, leaks, and proper operation.
Temperature setting, anode rod condition, and visible connections checked on your water heater.
Drain flow tested in kitchens, bathrooms, and floor drains to identify slow or blocked lines.

The Cost of Skipping
A wellness check finds a small leak under the bathroom sink before it spreads. Left unnoticed for six months, that leak could rot the subfloor and cause ceiling damage below.
An annual flush removes sediment before it reduces efficiency and shortens the tank's life. Without it, sediment builds year after year until the unit fails entirely — usually at the worst possible time.
A drain flow check during your wellness visit identifies a slow drain before it becomes a full backup. Left ignored, a slow drain can worsen into a sewer line issue requiring excavation.
Is a Plan Right for You?
A maintenance plan is a good fit for any Middle Tennessee homeowner who wants to stay ahead of plumbing problems rather than react to them. These four groups see the most value.
Owners of Older Homes
Homes built before 1990 may have aging pipes, outdated fixtures, and water heaters approaching end of life. Regular inspections monitor these systems and catch problems before they escalate.
Families with Heavy Water Usage
More people means more demand on the plumbing system. Fixtures wear faster, drains accumulate buildup faster, and water heaters work harder. A plan keeps everything running smoothly under heavy use.
Rental Property Owners
Preventive maintenance reduces emergency tenant calls, protects your investment, and keeps properties in good condition between tenants. One wellness check per year is a small cost vs. a midnight emergency.
New Homeowners
A baseline wellness check establishes where your plumbing stands today. You'll know the condition of the pipes, water heater, and every fixture from day one — and have a plan to maintain it going forward.
Customer Trust
"Cheaper than ARS and much more personable. Would highly recommend Gold Star for anyone looking for reliable plumbing service."
